Presentation of the structure

An experience within Delta France Associations, is to integrate an association whose spearhead is the commitment of the youth of France. Through actions in favor of culture, the environment, health, solidarity and inclusion, student life, innovation, scientific research and sports, the association is one of the great leaders in youth mobilization. Delta France Associations is also a structure that is developing rapidly in a "start-up" atmosphere and that combines innovative local, national and European missions. The association also organizes the Delta Festival. This large gathering has become the most important student forum in Europe with 150,000 festival-goers in 2022, 700 structures represented and more than 5,000 volunteers / organizers. This event is a good illustration of the philosophy of the association's project: the need to combine festivity and commitment to spread positive messages to the young population and to the partners who gravitate around this eco-system.

Job description

As Administrative and Financial Manager, your role will be to supervise and coordinate the "Administration, Human Resources and Legal" department, which is composed of 6 employees and 1 student. Working closely with the President and the Co-President and with the support of our legal advisors and lawyers, your missions will be the following:

Human Resources :

- Construction and coordination of the HR strategy (year round and during the festival)
- Guarantor of the proper application of the collective agreement
- Supervision of recruitment, personnel administration and general services
- Advise and support the division directors and managers on all their HR issues
- Responsible for the internal communication strategy

Administrative and legal management :

- Proofreading and validation of the minutes of the general assembly, statutes, declaration to the prefecture, annual activity report
- Reflection and approval of collaborative work tools (agenda, emails, Drive...) - Conducting the day-to-day management of premises and equipment - Monitoring and control of stewardship (mail / parcels / expense accounts)
- Legal, associative and social watch
- Control of legal commitments, management of disputes and investigation of legal cases
- Proofreading of agreements, responsible for contractual follow-up

Ticketing management :

- Sales, pricing and marketing management
- Sales tracking and analysis
- Customer Relations
- Socio-economic profiling of festival goers
- Financial management and accounting: - Preparation, monitoring and analysis of budgets and cash flow - Bank reconciliation and monitoring of the logbook - Management of supplier and customer relations - Monitoring and control of accounting (customer and supplier invoices, financial statements, etc.)

Profile required

- Bac + 5 type management or business administration
- You have one or more similar experiences
- Dynamic and motivated
- Taste for live shows and current music
- Proficiency in Excel / Word and/or Google Sheets
