The Delta Festival officially launches its call for applications for the gastronomic village of the 2023 edition! You will find below a presentation file to be read carefully as well as a google form to be completed to apply.
You have until April 30th 00h00 to fill it in. Only one application per structure will be sufficient. As a reminder, this form serves as a application but does not guarantee your presence on the festival. Our number of places being limited, we will not be able to satisfy all the applications.

LIMIT THE USE OF UNIT PACKAGING AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE AND FAVOR "FINGER FOOD".

COMPLETELY ELIMINATE PLASTIC AND ALUMINUM CONTAINERS AND CUTLERY. USE ONLY RECYCLABLE, COMPOSTABLE AND BIODEGRADABLE MATERIALS.

PARTICIPATE IN OUR WORKSHOP MEETING (SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT, WASTE MANAGEMENT, LOGISTICS ON SITE ...).

TRAIN HIS TEAM IN THE RULES OF HYGIENE AND WASTE SEPARATION. KEEP THE SITE CLEAN AND CLEAN IT UP AT THE END OF THE EVENT.

OFFER AT LEAST ONE VEGETARIAN DISH.

PRIORITIZE LOCAL, SEASONAL AND ORGANIC PRODUCTS. EXCLUDE ALL GOODS TRANSPORTED BY AIR.

NO DISTRIBUTION OF FLYERS.

TO CONSERVE THE EDIBLE OIL WHICH WILL BE COLLECTED BY THE AREMACS TEAM, THEN TRANSFORMED INTO FUEL BY THE ASSOCIATION OLÉOVIA.

AVOID FOOD WASTE, AND ACHIEVE ADEQUATE QUANTITIES.

COLLECT ALL THE PERISHABLE GOODS AFTER THE EVENT, WHICH WILL BE COLLECTED AND REDISTRIBUTED BY "LES RESTOS DU COEUR".

Open from noon to 2am from Wednesday to Saturday and until midnight on Sunday night, the foodtrucks will welcome you and offer you various and varied recipes, always in accordance with our eco-responsibility charter.

No plastic, recovery of food oils, donations of unsold food, compostable packaging, quality and seasonal products: the food-trucks present on the festival commit themselves to respect the charter that we have set up, to protect the health of our festival-goers but also the festival site.
