DELTA FRANCE ASSOCIATIONS invites the consumer / festival-goer to find, below,

WHAT PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED?

The data we collect may include personal data that identifies the consumer/festival-goer or makes the consumer/festival-goer identifiable (phone number, e-mail, last name, first name, photographs, comments, your full mailing address, etc.) as well as data collected for purely statistical purposes.

WHAT ARE THE RIGHTS OF THE CONSUMER/FESTIVAL-GOER?

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, files and freedoms, the consumer / festival-goer has a right of access, opposition to the use, rectification of his data and, subject to the legal provisions applicable to the matter, deletion of the data concerning him.

maximum of one month, or two months if the complexity of the request or the number of pending requests requires it, provided that the request is not manifestly unfounded or abusive.

IS THE SITE INTENDED FOR MINORS?

Tickets giving access to the "DELTA FESTIVAL" event intended for minors must be purchased by adults - who must transmit their own personal data - apart from the surname and first name intended to appear on the bearer's ticket.
