PRESENTATION OF THE STRUCTURE :

An experience within Delta France Associations, c'is to integrate an association whose spearhead is the'commitment of the youth of France. Through'actions in favour of culture, the'environment, health, solidarity and'inclusion, student life, the'innovation, scientific research and sport, the'association is the'one of the great leaders of youth mobilization. 

Delta France Associations, c'is also a structure that develops rapidly in an atmosphere "start-up" and which combines innovative local, national and European missions. 

L'association also organizes the Delta Festival. This large gathering has become the most important student forum in'Europe with 150,000 festival-goers in 2022, 700 structures represented and over 5,000 volunteers/organizers. 

This event is a good example of the philosophy of the'association: the need for'combine the festive and the'commitment to spread positive messages to the youth population and to the partners who gravitate around this eco-system.

INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION: 

The Technical Direction of the Delta Festival is composed of a Technical Director, a General Manager and a Technical Production Manager. We would like to welcome a dynamic and involved person to complete our team. We will share with her our expertise and knowledge in the technical organization of
The technical production assistant will be able to fully integrate into the company. Under the authority of Laurent Obach (technical director and CEO of the company One Way), she will be accompanied, during her internship, by the Technical Production Manager and the General Manager. The internship will take place in Marseille, in the Delta Festival's premises or remotely, depending on the needs, and finally on the festival's site.

Our expectations:

Preparation - As of May 15, 2023

- Assistance with administrative follow-up: Relations with service providers, creation of purchase orders,
reminders, follow-up of expenses. Production of summary documents (CR)
- Participation in the preparatory meetings of the different departments of the Delta Festival. Realization of
summary documents (CR)
- Assistance in logistics follow-up: Planning and all preparation operations related to logistics
- Assistance to the transversality of the information: plans, schedules, contact list, badges...
Operation - August 14 to September 1, 2023
Participation in the operational implementation: Follow-up of the schedules, link between the various services
operational, organization of technical meetings, transmission of information...
-Management of technical staff: reception, badges, catering...
Production follow-up: Follow-up of hiring, service providers, deliveries...

And all operations related to the smooth running of our missions on the Delta Festiva

Experience in event management (desired)
Mastery of the Office Pack - Mastery of Excel
B license
Attraction to the world of music and festivals
Internship paid on the basis of 4,05€/hour for 35h/week, that is 567€/month.
Expenses : Meals paid by the Delta Festival, from August 14 to August 31, 2023
