PRESENTATION OF THE STRUCTURE :

An experience within Delta France Associations, c'is to integrate an association whose spearhead is the'commitment of the youth of France. Through'actions in favour of culture, the'environment, health, solidarity and'inclusion, student life, the'innovation, scientific research and sport, the'association is the'one of the great leaders of youth mobilization. 

Delta France Associations, c'is also a structure that develops rapidly in an atmosphere "start-up" and which combines innovative local, national and European missions. 

L'association also organizes the Delta Festival. This large gathering has become the most important student forum in'Europe with 150,000 festival-goers in 2022, 700 structures represented and over 5,000 volunteers/organizers. 

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Reporting to the Public Relations department, the intern will be responsible for assisting the Public Relations managers:

- Search for funding related to the annual programs and drafting of grant applications, balance sheets, presentation files, etc.
- Identification, development and monitoring of the portfolio of actors in the dedicated themes
- Representation of the association, the World of Possibilities or the program in meetings / events / fairs organized in the sectors of activity
- Program budget monitoring
- Supervision of all institutional communication activities related to the programs
- Piloting your agora and your villages during the Delta 2023
- Marketing of the stands to your portfolio of players
- Training, follow-up and support of the SC(s) under your responsibility

PROFILE SOUGHT:

- Bachelor's degree or experience in project management, cultural management, SciencesPo, ...
- Autonomy
- Knowledge of local, national and European public policies
- Agility and creation of devices / annual programs
- Relational skills
- Excellent writing
- Written and oral communication adapted to the interlocutor
